GROUP SALES MANAGER- VISMIN

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience, not necessarily in a tire industry but with successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting targets
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales – Retail/General, Sales- Corporate or equivalent
  • Passionate with strong business sense
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

DUTIES:

  • Administer all targets and prepare and implement plans for all new businesses and manage contracts
  • Ensure optimal use of all management techniques to increase company profits
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with sales staff and oversee files for all clients
  • Perform research and conduct surveys on the market place and analyze industry strengths and weaknesses
  • Monitor all expenses on travel to reduce department cost and manage communication with all co-workers and ensure optimal performance in the organization
  • Determine, accomplish, and/or produce all reports as required by management
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all new and prospective business partners and monitor all activities for sales calls
  • Analyze competitor strength and weaknesses and prepare sales strategies to meet the market requirement
  • Evaluate and select prospective accounts to increase business and revenue for the organization
  • Establish an efficient relationship with customers and strengthen the business capability of the existing accounts
  • Maintain and update all knowledge on industry trends

TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR LUZON AREA

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent
  • Full-time position available for the NCR area
  • Customer Service-Oriented, with ability to meet sales target
  • Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
  • Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage areas/territories effectively
  • Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills
  • Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
  • Ability and willingness to work on weekends and even on holidays if necessary

DUTIES:

  • Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Study the type of sales outlet and adjust the content of sales presentations
  • Study potential volume of dealers and focus on sales efforts
  • Make and submit orders by referring to product literature and price-lists
  • Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques in order to monitor competition
  • Investigate problems, prepare reports, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints
  • Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
  • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals
